Six Steps to the Slopes

  Mail $200 security deposit payable to Paul Thompson, 33 Elm Avenue , Hershey , PA 17033.

  Full payment is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.

  Your security deposit will be returned after the Manager has confirmed there has been 
  no loss, damage, or excessive cleaning costs.

  Upon Arrival:  The Manager will have unlocked the Chalet, turned up the heat, & left a key 
                         on the table.

  When Departing:  Turn the heat to "night" setting, leave key on the table, & lock doorknob
                               as you leave.
